At Corston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural hardware and lighting. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original individual boxes and secure them in a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the exterior of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
